Silagra is utilized for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men, which refers to the inability to achieve or maintain a firm erection adequate for sexual intercourse, owing to inadequate blood flow to the penis.
Silagra works by dilating the arteries in the penis, facilitating blood flow into the sinusoids (small cavities within the penis). As the penis becomes erect, the veins are compressed, which limits the outflow of blood from the penis. This influx of blood into the penile area results in an erection. Four out of five men using Silagra experience improved erections, regardless of age and the duration of their erectile dysfunction.
You should take one tablet one hour prior to engaging in sexual activity. Do not exceed one tablet within a 24-hour period. Silagra is available in 100mg tablets, with most patients starting at a dosage of 50mg. It's important to note that even with Silagra, physical and mental arousal and desire are necessary to achieve an erection. If the initial dose of Silagra is ineffective, consult your doctor, as they may suggest adjusting your tablet strength.
